Cleaning
─ Before using this product for the first
time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
─ Always wash the product by hand after
use.
─ Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can affect the surface.
─ The base is slightly concave when cold,
but expands to flatten out when heated.
Always leave the product to cool before
cleaning it. This allows the base to
resume its shape and helps to prevent it
from becoming uneven with use.
Good to know
─ This cookware is suitable for use on all
types of hobs and in ovens.
─ It is provided with Teflon® non-stick
coating. This means you can cook food
in little or no fat or oil at all.
─ Only use wooden or plastic utensils
without sharp edges.
─ Never let the cookware boil dry, because
the base becomes skew and the coating
loses its non-stick properties when
overheated.
─ Use the cookware on a hob of the same
or smaller diameter to save energy.
─ Bear in mind that the handle gets hot
when the cookware is in use. Always use
pot holders when moving the cookware.
─ Always lift the cookware when moving it
on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk
of scratching the hob.
