Instructions concerning ATEX devices
a.
Conformity
The sensor type LNU06V3-EX-82-3G can be used in hazardous area for IIB group gases and T4 temperature class for an
ambient temperature range from -20°C to +60°C.
The device category is 2 and can be used in zone 1 and 2.
The device satisfies the provisions of directives 2014/34/UE about equipment for use in explosive atmospheres. In this
purpose, the following standards have been considered:

EN 60079-11 (2012) Equipment protection by intrinsic safety « i »

Instructions

The user will take all necessary precautions to prevent electrostatic charge risk, especially clean the device
exclusively with a damp rag
•
Installation and maintenance shall only be carried out by personal with necessary knowledge for the use of
electrical equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres as expected by EN 60079-14.
•
Any repairing or modification of the product, including antenna, is forbidden without written authorization from
IJINUS.
