What can I do if a client cannot access the Internet?
1.
Make sure your E5 is powered on.
2.
Check signal strength to make sure your area is covered by the network.
3.
Check the network mode is correct. (Head to
Mobile Network Settings
on the Web Management page for more info on network modes.)
4.
You’ll
need
to
configure
the
correct
peer-peer-protocol
(PPP)
username
and
PPP
password
when
you
access
the
Internet
with
your
E5. To check if the username and password is correct, head to the
Profile Management
on the Web Management page.
5.
If
the
Dynamic
Host
Connection
Protocol
(DHCP)
server
is
disabled
and
your
IP
address
is
obtained
dynamically,
it
will
affect
access
to
the
Internet.

6.
Check your network adapter is working properly.
