TROUBLE SHOOTING
No sound from
the loudspeaker
Please check whether the power cord is tightly plugged and turn right to the ON position.
Please check whether all cables are right connected and the connection is firm.
Please check whether the settings of DSP and LEVEL are in the normal working position.
Make sure the sound source device is working normally and can play the required signal.
Check whether the LEVEL setting is too low or not, adjust the output LEVEL setting of the
sound source device, or increase the output LEVEL with the LEVEL controller.
Loudspeaker
has hum or buzz
Check whether the sound source input is normal.
Check whether the cable is bent, short circuit or broken.
Check whether the signal connecting wire is in good connection.
If the signal indicator is in red for long time, it means that the output volume is too
large. Please adjust the output LEVEL setting of the source device, or use the LEVEL
controller to adjust the output LEVEL.
Each speaker sounds
differently (If using
multiple speakers at
Set DSP switch and LEVEL switch of each speaker in the same position.
Sound breaks
up suddenly
Please wait until the amplifier cools down. If the device does not reset automatically,
please turn off the power and then turn it back on.
