Mounting the mincer
To set up the mincer assembly follow the order indicated and the description with great care:
TURN THE MACHINE OFF AND REMOVE THE PLUG BEFORE PROCEEDING

THE KNIFE MUST BE FITTED
CORRECTLIY MAKE SURE THE BLADE IS TURNED TOWARDS THE PERFORATED PLATE
.

Fit the union “1” and fasten using the accessory lok-knob provided
•
Fit auger “2” inside the union “1”
•
Position the self –sharpening knife “4”
•
Fit the perforated plate “5”
•
Fasten the accessories by means of the ring nut “6”
