If you are going away and do not want to leave the freezer left on, switch off at the socket and pull the plug 
from  the  mains.  Remove  any  food  and  follow  the  cleaning  instructions  in  the  “Cleaning  and  Maintenance” 
section previously. 

 

Note:

 Leave the door ajar as this will prevent odours accumulating in the freezer and will allow the unit to dry
