to har dwar e limitations. T her efor e, an EDACS Radio- initiated
call cannot be made with any baseband measur ements enabled.
T he Radio- initiated call must be made fir st, then the baseband
measur ements may be enabled dur ing the call. Calling the Radio
may be done at any time.
