Avoid static and dynamic overpressure exceeding the given overload

The indicated bursting pressure must not be exceeded�

High-pressure units 250 bar, 400 bar (25 MPa, 40 MPa) are supplied with an
integrated damping device to avoid any risk of injury in case of bursting, when the
bursting pressure is exceeded, and to comply with the regulations for UL approval�
• When the damping device is removed, it can become unusable�
• When the damping device is removed, the unit can no longer be used under
UL conditions�

4.1 Processing of the measured signals
• The unit generates 2 output signals according to the parameter settings�

• Switching signal for system pressure limit value�

• Analogue signal (4���20 mA, 20���4 mA)�
• The unit displays the current system pressure�
Analogue display: circular scale with pointer�
Digital display (alphanumeric display, 4 digits)�
• In addition, an LED ring with one of the following display options is available:
Display of set point and reset point�
Trend display (rising pressure / falling pressure)�
Lag indicator function for maximum value or minimum value�
Display of pulsating signals and pressure peaks�
