Example command 10, read LPF (List of Periphery Faults):
DP Master Request:
1. Byte: 16#0A (command number)
2. Byte: 16#51 (AS-i master 1, slave no. 17, corresponds to slaves 16...31 = group 2)

DP-Gateway Response:

3. Byte: 16#02 (Slaves 24..31, that means slave 25 has detected an external
peripheral
