Operating Faults
Operating faults usually generate an error message on the display and/or
may cause a paper jam inside the printer.
IMPORTANT:

but not connected to the host.
Check the printer to host
connection.

Means that a ribbon cartridge
has been detected, whereas the
printer is configured to operate in
the direct thermal mode.
Change the configuration before or
