4) Coupon Printing
a) Switch on the printer (see Page 16). The following message is
displayed:

Where the x’es stand for the program version number.
b) If an error message is displayed instead, refer to Page 35 to
solve the problem.
c) Send a printing message from the host to the printer. Make sure
the
On line
indicator flashes and the coupon is printed.
d) Remove the printed coupon from the front stacker. If the coupon
is not ejected into the front stacker it may have been routed to the
reject bin inside the printer, depending on the type of processing
requested. These rejected coupons are marked with the word
VOID.
5) Printing the Status Coupon
a) Press the
On/Off line Menu
key to set the printer to the
Menu
