Step 6:
Remove the DDR2 memory module by pulling both the spring retainer clips
outward from the socket.
Step 7:
Grasp the DDR2 memory module by the edges and carefully pull it out of the
socket.
Step 8:
Install the new DDR2 memory module by pushing it into the socket at an angle

Gently pull the spring retainer clips of the SO-DIMM socket out and push the
rear of the DDR2 memory module down (
Step 10:
Release the spring retainer clips on the SO-DIMM socket. They clip into place
and secure the DDR2 memory module in the socket.

3.5 Hard Drive Replacement
The AFL-517A-GM45 has a hard drive pre-installed inside the rear panel. To replace the
hard drive follow the instructions below.
