Run Screen Connect application
When the IDS GeoRadar technician try to connect to your pc you
will receive a Popup requesting the authorization, click on Allow
(see Fig. 55).

At this point, IDS GeoRadar Customer Care can perform a range of
operations on your desktop:
•
Send and receive files;
•
Directly control your PC;
•
Chat to ask some physical operation to be performed (for
example connect a cable, turn off/on a system, move some
parts).
