Assembly of the 4-part insulation
The insulation of Hygienik 1500 l, Hygienik 2000 l
and Hygienik 2000 l Max consists of four parts. The
insulation will be delivered in two separate boxes.
First the two lower parts of the insulation are mounted,
then the upper ones.
During assembly, it is necessary to ensure that the
two upper and lower parts of the insulation are hung
on the last catch of the hook strip, so that the insula-
tion
fi
rmly encloses the storage body.
If the insulating parts are hung di
ff
erently in the hooks
of the hook strip, there is a misalignment and the
band, running around the middle of the insulation,
can not be mounted.
After the lower and upper parts of the insulation are
mounted correctly, the delivered band can be
fi
xed.
The band is necessary, to cover the gap between
the two insulation parts and to guarantee a proper
thermal insulation.
