8.3. Power Supply Connection
The connection of the primary circuit for the heat
pump and for the electric immersion heater, as well as
for the control power connection, is executed directly
on the control cabinet of the CL heat pump.
Control power connection:
1x230 V / 50 Hz
Primary current heat pump:
3x400 V / 50Hz
Primary current electric
immersion heater:
3x400 V / 50Hz
The supply lines must have the relevant thickness.
For more information, see technical data regarding
max. power consumption.
The wiring must be carried out in accordance with the
electric wiring diagram enclosed with the heat pump.
8.4. Connection lines control cabinet -
heat pump
Connection line electric heating:
The supply line for the electric immersion heater can
be carried out with 5x1.5 mm² for heat pump designs
CL 08-15. For larger heat pumps, the connection ca-
ble must be designed in accordance with the output
data of the electric immersion heater used on-site.
Sensors - connection line:
The connection line for the sensors is designed as
16x0.75 mm² cable.
Control current connection line:
The connection line for the control current is designed
as 20x1 mm² cable.
Evaporator fan cable:
The connection cable for the evaporator fan is se-
lected in accordance with the fan design.
CL 08-10
.... 3x1.5 mm²
CL 12-33
.... 4x1.5 mm²
Compressor cable:
The compressor cable is designed as 4-pole cable.
The line cross section must be designed in accord-
ance with the power consumption of the compressor.
The electrical connection of the connec-
tion lines between the heat pump and
switch cabinet must be taken from the
enclosed wiring diagram.
The power consumption of the com-
pressors can also be taken from the
enclosed wiring diagram.
