5.8. Corner installation
The ideal position for the heat pump has proved to
be in a corner. Wall openings can be prepared by the
customer in advance. These openings must be insu-
lated with closed pore insulating material (minimum
thickness 50 mm).
5.8.1. Space Required and Accessibility
To guarantee maintenance and operation of the heat
pump, the following minimum distances must be
observed:
Front side (operation and maintenance side) =
800 mm
Maintenance side = 500 mm
Observing these distances will help ensure problem-
free system maintenance and operation.
A condensation run-off with siphon must normally be fi tted opposite the exhaust air opening
for the heat pump.
