PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Hale Products recommends the preventive maintenance and inspections listed in Table 2.

MIV Disc Lubrication
The following will provide instructions on lubricating the MIV disc while the MIV is installed using
the inline lubrication techniques.
1.
Ensure MIV is in the close position
2.
Mark a spot on the MIV motor as your “zero/start” position
3.
Lubrication ports are in the positions below.
