1. Clean and then apply a thin coat of grease to all worm gear and spindle gear units. Recom-

mended lubricant: Klüberplex AG 11-461 or equivalent

2. On products operated with a hand lever, clean the guide for vertical movement and then ap-

ply a thin coat of grease. Recommended lubricant: Klüberplex AG 11-461 or equivalent

3. Lubricate closed, moving parts via the lubricating nipple. Recommended lubricant: Klüber-

plex AG 11-461H or equivalent

4. Clean piston rods of the gas springs with clear water or methylated spirits. Oil and grease 

destroy the gaskets in the gas springs!

8.4

Repairs

The operator should not carry out any repairs on the product Alco Power Fighter 
Manual Monitors. If repairs become necessary, notify the customer service department of  
AWG Fittings GmbH.
