To
disarm
the
system
:
In
arm
mode
enter
pass
code
then
press
the
[ON/OFF],
the
unit
will
sound
a
long
BEEP.
The
unit
is
now
disarmed.
To
use
the
BY
‐
PASS
mode
:
When
the
alarm
is
armed,
if
you
wish
to
pass
through
the
DOOR/GATE
without
disarming
the
unit,
enter
pass
code
and
press
the
[by
‐
pass]
button.
This
will
disarm
the
unit
for
15
seconds
allowing
you
to
pass
through
the
gate
or
door
and
close
it.
If
the
door
or
gate
remains
open
for
15
seconds
the
unit
will
sound
two
loud
Beeps
to
remind
you
that
door
or
gate
is
not
closed.
The
unit
will
sound
two
loud
Beeps
every
15
seconds
if
the
door
or
gate
remains
open.
Once
the
door
or
gate
has
been
closed
the
unit
will
rearm
itself
within
5
seconds.
If
the
door
or
gate
is
then
re
‐
opened
without
a
pass
code
the
alarm
will
sound.
ALARM
When
unit
is
armed,
if
DOOR/WINDOW/GATE
is
opened
the
unit
will
sound
alarm,
you
must
enter
your
pass
code
and
either
the
[ON/OFF]
or
[BYPASS]
button
to
stop
the
alarm.
If
you
press
the
[ON/OFF]
button
you
must
remember
to
rearm
the
unit:
if
you
press
the
[BYPASS]
button
the
unit
will
rearm
itself
within
5
seconds
if
it
detects
that
the
DOOR/WINDOW/GATE
is
closed.
If
at
any
time
you
enter
a
wrong
pass
code
the
unit
will
sound
two
loud
DE
DE
sounds:
re
‐
enter
pass
code.
LOW
BATTERY
When
battery
is
low
the
unit
will
flash
once
per
second.
Replace
battery
immediately
to
maintain
protection.
Summary
Notes
:
When
alarm
is
activated
it
will
ring
for
10
seconds
and
stop
for
10
seconds.
It
will
then
repeat
until
the
alarm
is
DISARMED,
BY
‐
PASS
engaged
or
battery
dies.
The
spacing
between
the
2
magnetic
sensors
should
be
no
more
then
¼”.
The
alarm
will
sound
at
½”
spacing
and
over.
Keep
the
unit
in
the
armed
state
and
use
the
BY
‐
PASS
to
exit.
This
reduces
the
risk
of
forgetting
to
arm
the
unit.
When
the
unit
is
armed,
the
alarm
will
sound
when
the
door
is
opened
from
the
outside.
Key
in
the
pass
code
and
BY
‐
PASS
to
stop.
When
the
alarm
is
armed
and
TRIGGERED
by
opening
the
door,
even
if
the
door
is
closed
again
the
alarm
will
continue
to
sound
until
pass
code
is
entered
and
disarmed
or
put
into
By
‐
Pass
mode.
