Consumer Product Safety Commission and
some states recommend temperatures set-
tings of 120ºF or less. Setting thermostat high-
er than 120ºF will increase risk of scald injury
and cause severe personal injury or death.
DANGER
All wiring must be a minimum of 18 gauge or greater as
required by the thermostat manufacturer and installed
in accordance with:
• U.S.A.
- National Electrical Code and any other
national, state or local code requirements hav-
ing jurisdiction.
• Canada
- C.S.A. C22.1 Canadian Electrical Code
Part 1 and any other national, provincial and
local code.
