1.1 INTRODUCTION
The following document provides instructions on how to install the Imax Xtra 2 motorised flue damper.
The kits consist of the following parts:
1. Motorised flue damper - Shown in Fig.1.

The motorised flue damper has a chamfer on the male end for inserting into a flue piece and a lip seal on the female end to
receive another section of flue.
Note:
The 150mm diameter motorised flue damper is for use with 80kW,
120kW and 160kW Imax Xtra 2 boilers. The 200mm diameter motorised flue
damper is for use with 200kW, 240kW and 280kW Imax Xtra 2 boilers.
The flue damper is to be installed in
the vertical flue section before the
common flue header.
