Leave replacement PCB fitted
but check the fuses on it.
Fit replacement fan.

Refit original fan. Check
PCB 40 by substitution.
Does fan now run ?
YES
Replace fuse. Examine fan harness, checking
especially for short circuits between wires or
terminals.
If no fault found, power up board without fan
harness connected. Does fuse F1 blow ?

Check pump for shorts

If no fault found
disconnect the pump
and lead to PCB 41,

one by one until the
