Bring sauce to simmer and add shrimp and scallops. Cook for 3 minutes. Rem-
ove from heat and allow to cook 10 minutes. Stir in mussels.

Brush pizza round lightly with oil and bake in your Pizza Maker until golden
brown – about 5–7 minutes.

Stir mozzarella and basil into seafood mixture.

Spread mixture over pizza crust and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake in your Pizza Maker for 5–7 minutes.
SPINACH, GORGONZOLA AND PINE NUT PIZZA
1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach leaves – thawed and drained
3 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp garlic oil
Olive oil as required

Preheat your Pizza Maker at 230°C

Sauté onion in oil until tender. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add spinach
leaves and sauté for 3 minutes. Remove and cool.

Brush pizza round lightly with garlic oil and top with spinach mixture.
4.
Sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.
5.
Bake in your Pizza Maker for 8 – 12 minutes.
PIZZA SNACKS
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp basil
1 lb mozzarella cheese
10 split English Muffins

Preheat your Pizza Maker at 230°C

Combine tomato sauce, onion and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Cut 10 thin slices from mozzarella cheese and place one slice on each muffin
round.
4.
Place muffins (4 – 5 at a time) in oven briefly until cheese starts to melt.
5.
Open oven and put 2 Tbsp sauce on each muffin and sprinkle with grated
mozzarella.
6.
Close lid and bake for 2 – 5 minutes.
