5.5.3 Connecting the relay board
The GA35 features two alarm relays and one error relay. The relays can be connected to
external control and warning systems. The relays are suitable for small signals and high
loads.
→ Connected load see chapter 10 “Specifications”.
Requirement:

Cable gland matches the cable used.
■
All cables should be isolated from power.
1. Open the terminal box.

The relay board is found on the right-hand side.
2. Pass the cable through the cable gland into the terminal box.
3.
Connect the cables in accordance with the layout diagram (see fig. “Relay board”).
4. Tighten the cable glands.
5. Check whether the glands are tight and provide strain relief.
6. Close the terminal box.

5. Commissioning
It is recommended to realise the electrical redistribution via an external
terminal box.
