The first thing is to make sure the I/O Expansion unit is correctly wired, the basic wiring
includes
power supplier
and
communicate interface

3.1 Power Supplier:

DC power b10V to +30V

2. Wiring:
+Vs connects to +Vs

GND connects to GND

3. Carefully calculate the total watts or current consumption of the system.
If the total watts were not enough, the system will become unstable and abnormal.
