5.2     OPENING OF THE SCOOTER

3. Fix the locking mechanism 

    of the front fork. 

    

WARNING!

    Be sure to check that the front fork is 

    securely locked and the locking mechanism 

    is in position so as to avoid dangers 

    while riding. 

4. Unlock the vertical handlebar and 

    firmly fix the block to be inserted, 

    then open the vertical handlebar.
