. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your iconBIT
product. iconBIT warrants that the Product, in the course of its normal use, will for the term defined below, be free from defects in
material and workmanship and will conform to specification therefore.

The term of your limited warranty is 1 (one) year. The term of your limited warranty period shall commence on the purchase date
appearing on your purchase receipt.
Subject to the limitations specified below, your sole and exclusive warranty shall be, during the period of warranty specified
above and at iconBIT’s option, the repair or replacement of the Product.
Warranty does not cover:
• Acts of nature, such as fire, static discharge.
• Damage from unauthorized repair, alteration or accident.
• Damage from misuse or neglect.
• A unit that has been modified or incorporated into other products or is used for institutional or other commercial purposes.
• Loss of customer’s software, firmware, information, or memory data.
• Damage caused by contact with water or other liquids
• Improper handling or installation.
• The serial number of the product is defaced or missing.
The foregoing limited warranty is iconBIT’s sole warranty and is applicable only to products sold as new.
The warranty and guarantee shall not include:
• Parts subject to tear, consumption or wear (except for clear defects of material or craftsmanship).
• Damage due to:
– Use of other than genuine spare parts.
– Improper installation of parts from the purchaser or a third party.
– Damage caused by rock impact, hail, spreading salt, industrial exhaust, lack of care, unsuitable care agents, etc.

DISPOSING OF THE Kick Scooter TT v2 (WITHOUT RECHARGEABLE BATTERY)
The Kick Scooter TT v2 must not enter normal domestic waste at the end of its service life. Instead, it must be delivered to a
collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The rechargeable battery must be removed from the Kick
Scooter TT v2 first and disposed of separately.
The materials are reusable according to their marking. Reuse, recycling or other forms of use of old devices is an important
contribution to the protection of our environment. Ask your town/municipal administration about the disposal office
relevant for you.
DISPOSING OF THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Rechargeable batteries do not belong in the household waste. You as the consumer are obligated by law to return used
batteries and rechargeable batteries. Contact our service hotline for disposal.
Li-Ion = rechargeable battery contains lithium ionsrelevant for you.
PACKAGING RECYCLING
The packaging material can be partially reused. Dispose of the packaging environmentally compatibility and deliver it to
recycling collection. Dispose of it at a public collection point. Ask your town/municipal administration about the disposal
office relevant for you.
