Assembly
Place all parts of the massage chair in a cleared area and remove the packing materials.
Remove all separate
parts from around the chair.
Do not dispose of the packing materials until the massage chair is fully assem-
bled.
Assembly requires only the included allen wrench.
1. Tip the chair onto its left side.
Cut the wire ties (not shown) securing the Recline
Motor (23) and the Link Arm (25).
Remove the ÒSÓ-shaped shipping bracket (not shown)
from the Seat Frame (2, see drawing 2) and the Back
Frame (4) by removing the Cotter Pins (26) and
Hairpin Cotters (27).
Save the Cotter Pins and
Hairpin Cotters; you will need them for the follow-
ing steps.
Attach the free end of the Link Arm (25) to the bracket
on the Back Frame (4) with one Cotter Pin (26) and
one Hairpin Cotter (27).
Note: You may need to
adjust the position of the backrest to line up the
Link Arm with the bracket.
2. Attach the Recline Motor (23) to the bracket on the
Seat Frame (2) with one Cotter Pin (26) and one
Hairpin Cotter (27).
Note: Make sure the Recline
Motor is oriented correctly.
3. Attach the Recline Power Cover (92) underneath the
chair with the four Recline Power Cover Screws (93).
