Automatically selects the priority channel.
Remains in the VFO mode.
4. During a Priority watch
Checks the selected priority channel every 5 seconds,
while receiving on a VFO frequency.
5. When a signal is received
• When “ON” is selected.
When a signal is received on the priority channel,
the channel is automatically selected.
The “PRIO” icon blinks.
- The scan pause timer and resume settings are the
same as for a normal scan. (p. 16-18)
• When “Bell” is selected.
When a signal is received on the priority channel, a
beep sounds and the “
” icon blinks.
Example: Checks M-CH “490” while receiving on
145.800 MHz.
Example: Checks Bank CH “D06” while receiving on
145.800 MHz.
Example: Checks Call CH “C3” while receiving on
145.800 MHz.
