Do not use cut or modified SIM or microSD cards
with your device, as these may not be recognized
and could damage the card slot.
Do not insert or remove the SIM card or the SD card
when the device is connected to an external power
supply as this may cause damage to the SIM card
or the SD card.
Your device only supports dual card dual standby
single pass, which means you cannot use both
SIM cards for data services simultaneously. When
you are using SIM card 1’s data service, SIM card
2’s data service will be disabled. Your device’s
single-pass feature helps reduce power consump-
tion and increase your device’s standby time. It
is not related to your service provider’s network
conditions.
Connections Guide
Data Connection
»
In the main menu, tap Settings then Network
& Internet.
»
Tap SIM cards and select a SIM card.
»
Tap Cellular data to select a SIM for data
connectivity.
»
To turn off the data connection, tap to the left
of the controller near SIM slot 1 or 2.

Note:
data connection requires SIM card
presence in the device.
Wi-Fi
»
In the main menu, tap Settings and then Network
& Internet.
»
Tap the Wi-Fi controller to the right to turn on and
search a network.
»
To turn Wi-Fi off, tap Wi-Fi controller to the left.
»
To add a hidden SSID network:
»
Tap Settings and then “Network & Internet” and
then Wi-Fi.
»
Tap Add Network.
»
Key-in the SSID in the required data field.
»
Tap Advanced Options.
»
Under Hidden Network change No to Yes.
Bluetooth
»
In the main menu, tap Settings and then
Connected devices.
»
Tap Pair New Device to search for other
Bluetooth devices.
»
Pair the device that you want to pair.
»
Tap the Bluetooth controller to the left to turn off
your device.
