press  the Speed  setting  button  so 
that the  gentle  speed  indicator  light  is 
illuminated.    For  more control  you 

can press  the  “Seal”  button

automatic   sealing  process.   Note  - The 
appliances   will default   to the Normal 
speed  when turned  on  or if power  has
