PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not touch the beaters with the hand, spatula, spoon, and etc during operation.
2. Do not use the beaters to mix hard ingredients such as frozen butter or dough.
3. Never wash the motor housing in water. If the mixer is accidentally immersed, unplug the power
plug, dry the apparatus. and then have it check with service shop.
4. Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. Do not use for longer
than 10 min.
5. Do not use the mixer for purposes other than mixing. Before connecting the power cord plug to a
power outlet, ensure switch is “OFF”. After use, make sure to switch “OFF” and disconnect
power cord plug from the power outlet. Do not pull on the cord.
6. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance used near children or infirm person.
7. Do not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact your customer service.
8. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory,
or mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

SPEED CONTROL
The hand mixer has five mixing speeds. To begin mixing the speed control should be set on the lowest
speed and then moved to a higher speed as needed. (figure B)
Low Speed 1 To blend in flour/dry ingredients and liquids for butters and cookie dough; to ster nuts,
chips raisins into heavy cookie dough like oatmeal and chocolate chip.
Speed2 To mix thin butters such as muffins, waffles, pancakes and quick breads; to prepare
sauces, puddings.
Medium Speed3 To cream butter and sugar; to beat eggs into butters and cookie dough; to prepare
cake mixes specifying medium speed; to mix cake butters and frostings.
Speed 4 To beat whole eggs, frozen desserts; to mix light butters like popovers.
