Switch OFF the unit after approx. 10 minutes and flush
out the rinsing water from the sump reservoir.

10.Move the cleaning switch on RINSING position and

give power to the unit by the master switch (Fig. 7).
By doing so both water pump and the water inlet valve
are energized to fill up the water tank.

11. When the water tank in filled up (water flowing out from

the drain) put the cleaning switch on OPERATION
position to restart the machine in the automatic mode.

12.Re-fit the evaporator cover and the unit service panels.

13.At completion of the freezing and harvest cycle make

sure of proper texture and clearness of the ice cubes
and that, they do not have any acid taste.

ATENTION. In case the ice cubes are cloudy, white
and have and acid taste, melt them immediately
by pouring on them some warn water.
This to prevent somebody from using them.

14.Wipe clean and rinse the inner surfaces of the storage

bin.

REMEMBER. To prevent tthe accumulation of unde-
sirable bacteria it is necesary to sanitize the interior
of the storage bin 
with an anti-algae disinfectant
solution every week.
