Troubleshooting
Problem: Your image or audio files are not sorted by file
name or by time.
Solution: Your image or audio files will automatically be
sorted by folder first, and then you can select to
sort the files by file name or by the file’s last-
modified/download time. In other words, your
image or audio files are listed according to the
following sorting order: folder > filename, or
folder > time.
