Danger of injury by rotational parts of the machine!
When operating, maintaining or otherwise manipulating the camera
carriage and the cable winder, keep in mind that these devices include
rotational components (cogwheels, chains, etc.), which can cause
serious damage to your limbs or parts of your clothes.
Risk of eye damage!
The camera head is equipped with laser diodes, which represent a
hazard for the eyes. Never look into the laser sources, even if they are
not activated. The camera head and the additional lights are equipped
with a very powerful light source, which can damage your eyes or eyes
of people around them. Ensure that the lights are always switched off
when they are away from the piping to prevent injury.
Danger of injury by non-rotational parts of the machine!
When moving a reel or control unit, consider the weight of the device.
The dropping or overturning of the device could cause a loss of stability,
resulting in danger of injury. Do not tilt the device so that tipping.
Danger caused by contamination of pure water!
Never use the inspection system alternatively for inspections in waste
water and pure water! Even thorough cleaning of the system cannot
guarantee adequate protection against contamination.
Use, a special system for inspections in waste water and pure water.
When assembling components containing thread, use the grease and
the corresponding sealing elements for maximum tightness. When
tightening the threads do not use too much force to prevent tearing or
damage to the components.
The camera head and other components coming into contact with
liquids are protected against ingress of moisture and water by internal
pressurizing. The pressure is indicated on the LCD panel of the control
unit. Before starting work, you must ensure the pressure status of the
individual components. This should ideally be 0.45 Bar. When you drop
below 0.2 bar pressure must be completed. At low pressure threatens to
damage due to moisture from entering the camera body or its parts.
Ideally nitrogen pressure charge, respectively. dry air with the pressure
reducing valve. Pressure above 0.55 bar effortlessly seal cameras and
increases its wear. Pressure over 1 bar is critical and can damage the
equipment for leaks.
Warning!
Operator of the equipment is responsible for proper waste disposal!
