Maintenance Parts and Supplies
Maintenance Parts
IBM supplies a special set of maintenance parts for proper maintenance of the InfoPrint Color 100. These
parts are the property of IBM.
Second Set of Corona Wire Assemblies
A second set of corona wire assemblies allows you to use one set of corona wire assemblies while the
second set is being cleaned.
Other Supplies and Equipment
Cleaning Supplies
Cleaning supplies used by the operator, such as cotton swabs, lint-free wipes, and soapy water are
needed for cleaning the printer on a regular basis.
Water for the Cooling System, Humidifier
The cooling system may need additional cool water periodically. Supply the humidifier in the print tower
with cool water daily.
Storage Locker
IBM recommends that you provide a storage locker for the various supplies and tools associated with the
InfoPrint Color 100.
Plugs for the Printer–World Trade
The 50 Hz print tower power cable does not have a plug. Provide the appropriate plug and receptacle.
The cooling unit cable does not have a plug outside the United States and Canada. The customer must
provide the appropriate plug and receptacle.
The RIP controller must be powered from the wall. Provide the appropriate plug and receptacle.
