Understanding the Adapter LEDs
The LEDs on the Gigabit Ethernet-SX PCI Adapter provide information about the card’s
operation status. The LEDs are visible through the card’s mounting bracket and, when
lit, indicate the following conditions:

Data detected
No data detected
Link(Green) On

Blinking
Good link
No link: could be the result of a
bad cable, bad connector or
configuration mismatch
Port has been disabled by
software
