vacancies

Proceedings
shall
continue

stage

at

vacancy
occurred.

one
of

parties
refuses
or
otherwise
fails
to
appoint
an
arbitrator
within
30
days
of
the
date
the
other
party
appoints
its,
the
first
appointed
arbitrator
shall
be
the
sole
arbitrator,
provided
that
the
arbitrator
was
validly
and
properly
appointed.
All
proceedings
shall
be
conducted,
including
all
documents
presented
in
such
proceedings,
in
the
English
language.
The
English
language
version
of
this
Statement
of
Limited
Warranty
prevails
over
any
other
language
version.

either

an
IBM
reseller
approved
to
perform
warranty
service
or
(2)
from
IBM,
provided
the
Machine
has
been
announced
and
made
available
by
IBM
in
the
country
in
which
you
wish
to
obtain
service.
If
you
purchase
a
Machine
in
a
Middle
East
or
African
country,
you
may
obtain
warranty
service
for
that
Machine
from
the
IBM
entity
within
the
country
of
purchase,
if
that
IBM
entity
provides
warranty
service
in
that
country,
or
from
an
IBM
reseller,
approved
by
IBM
to
perform
warranty
service
on
that
Machine
in
that
country.
Warranty
service
in
Africa
is
available
within
50
kilometers
of
an
IBM
approved
service
provider.
You
are
responsible
for
transportation
costs
for
Machines
located
outside
50
kilometers
of
an
IBM
approved
service
provider.
