ibidi Gas Incubation System – Silver Line

1. Place the Gas Mixer and Humidifying Column onto the microscope table next to the micro-

scope.

2. Confirm that the power switch of the Gas Mixer is off (power switch is on the back of the Gas

Mixer).

3. Connect the gas tubing from the gas supply to the back of the Gas Mixer (Section

11

).

4. Connect the Heated Tubing Package (see Section

5.1.2

).

5. Connect the humidity sensor cable, and the power supply (Section

5.1.3

and

5.1.4

).

5.1.1

Connection to the Gas Supply

The gases from the bottle or laboratory gas line need to be connected to the Gas Mixer with the OD 6
mm polyurethane tubing of the respective color. This tubing is delivered with the system.
