3.3 Operation 

 

Place the ingredients in the bowl with the appropriate attachment. 

 

Place the bowl in the cradle being sure to locate the bowl lug into the position on the 
cradle and lock the bowl with the lock wings.

Selector 

Controls the speed of the machine as set by the operator.  
When changing the speed - the machine should be stopped. 

Start Button 

Starts the machine when the bowl is in the raised position and 
the safety guard is closed.

When pressed, it stops the machine completely.
