Manage applications: View all the applications stored on your phone and how much
space they occupy. If you’ve downloaded an application from Android Market, you can
uninstall it from this screen. Select a specific application to:
1. Clear your user data (if you have any associated with a particular application).
2. Disassociate the application with any actions.
3. Uninstall - If you’ve downloaded an application from Android Market, you will be able
to uninstall it from this screen by selecting Uninstall.
4.11 Location access
Access to my Location: Select a source for determining your location: Wireless
networks, or GPS satellites. Typically GPS will be more accurate (to street level) but it
consumes more battery power.
GPS satellites: Let apps use GPS to pinpoint your location.
Wi-Fi &Slide network location: Let apps use Google’s location service to estimate
your location faster. Anonymous location data will be collected and sent to Google.
4.12 Security
Set your screen lock &protect your Slide with password security. Locks the touch
screen by unlock icon or password to protect your SLIDE.
Note: You should enter the pass code after setting screen locked.
