Operation
6.1
Before you start
1.
Make sure you have the correct brush for the intended surface.
Steel brush
Nylon brush
Concrete, tarmac, asphalt, hard brick paving,
natural stone.
Sandstone, soft brick paving, wood, carpets.

Check the brush for wear and tear (see chapter 7 for maintenance).

Make sure the built-in battery is charged:
•
Turn on the machine.
•
check the battery power indicator.

Charge the battery
1.
Make sure the i-gum® is turned off.
2.
Remove the battery charger (Figure 12, pos
6) from the storage bag (Figure 12, pos 1).
3.
Connect the battery charger plug (Figure 12
pos 5) to the socket (Figure 12, pos 3).
4.
Disconnect the charger when ready. The
battery does not need to be fully charged
before use.
WARNING
Don't charge the built-in battery while the charger is in the storage bag. This might
overheat the charger.
Make sure the i-gum® is turned off before you charge the built-in battery.
