CLEANING
1. Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning the motor unit. Clean the motor unit
with damp clothe.
2. Do not immerse the motor unit in water and do not rinse it either.
Always clean the parts that have come into contact with food in hot water with washing-up liquid
immediately after use.
3. To make cleaning easier, rinse removable accessories straight away after use.
4. Wash and dry the accessories and bowl. Avoid using scouring pad, harsh abrasives. Dry with
a soft, clean cloth.
5.All plastic components deteriorate through the prolonged use of a dishwasher for cleaning.
However, all parts of your food processor are tolerant to dishwasher use, excluding the motor
base, cord and plug.
6. If using a dishwasher wash all the parts of the food processor on top rack of your dishwasher.
Note: We recommend cleaning all parts of the unit by hand in warm soapy water-except for the
motor base, cord set and plug.
Warning: Care must be taken when handling the metal blades as these items are extremely
sharp.
Cleaning your blender
A quick cleaning method involves fillimg half the blender with warm soapy water and a
small amount of detergent. Press the PULSE button for a few seconds. Switch the unit off
and unplug. Then rewove the jug and rinse it under running water.
