RANDOM PLAY
During disc play, press button

to play tracks on the disc in a random or shuffled order.
RDM
will appear on the display. The track select function

will also select tracks in the
random mode instead of the normal sequence. Press the button again to cancel the random
function.
If playing MP3 / WMA tracks in folders, press and hold the RDM button; a folder icon appears
next to
RDM
on the display; tracks within the current folder will be played in random order.

TRACK BROWSER
For MP3 / WMA Playback:
A function to locate a specific folder (directory) and/or track (file) is provided in the radio:
1) Press and hold knob
C
for more than 2 seconds.
2) Turn knob
C
right or left to display the available folders.
3) Press knob
C
momentarily when the desired folder is displayed, then turn knob
C
left or
right to display the track names within that folder.
4) Press knob
C
when the desired track name is displayed to begin playback of that track.
A quick access browser is also available:
5) While playing MP3 / WMA tracks, turn knob
C
to display the folders and tracks available.
The display shows a folder icon and alongside, the folder name. The display also shows
a music notes icon and alongside, the track or file name on the line below.
6) When the desired track is displayed, press knob
C
to begin playback of that track.
For CD DA Playback:
1) Turn knob
C
to display the tracks available on the CD.
2) When the desired track is displayed, press knob
C
to begin playback of that track.

DIRECTORY DOWN
During MP3 / WMA playback, select the previous folder (directory) by pressing button

briefly.
The folder name is displayed and playback of the first track in that folder begins.
Note:
If the media does not contain folders, pressing this buttons jumps 10 tracks forwards.

During MP3 / WMA playback, select the next folder (directory) by pressing button

briefly.
The folder name is displayed and playback of the first track in that folder begins.

If the media does not contain folders, pressing this button jumps 10 tracks backwards.

DISPLAY
During MP3 / WMA playback, the display shows the folder (directory) name and track (file)
name. The DISP button

changes the information shown on the display for that track as
follows:
TITLE name, then ALBUM name, then ARTIST name.
Press button

again to return to the folder name and track name display.
Notes for Display of MP3 / WMA Information:
a)
ID3 information of the MP3 or WMA is displayed.
b)
If no ID3 data is available the display shows
NO TITLE
or
NO ALBUM
or
NO ARTIST
.
c)
A maximum of 19 characters is shown for each ID3 tag.
