CD RIPPING
CD ripping is a process of copying audio from CD/HDCD discs and saving the audio content
into the compressed digital audio format MP3. With this function, you can copy the tracks of a
CD/HDCD disc to the connected
USB drive.
In DVD mode, place a CD or HDCD disc in the disc tray and put the disc in the
stopped status. Then insert a USB drive into the player.

Press [RIPPING] on the remote control to display the Rip Page.
Press [ENTER] to confirm and proceed to the next menu page(Figure 2) for
selection of ripping mode; select ‘Cancel to quit.

There are three ripping modes for you to choose.
One track: Copy one track for a time.
Multi track: Copy more than one track for a time.
All track: Copy all the tracks in the disc for a time.
Select a preferred mode, then press [ENTER] to confirm and proceed to the
next menu page(Figure 3.1, 3.2) to select track(s) to rip. If ‘All track’ are selected, the ripping
process begins at once(Figure 5).

If ‘One track is selected, use the digit
keys to input the track number. After you finished, select ‘START to begin the ripping
process(Figure 5). Select Cancel to cancel and quit the menu.

If ‘Multi track’ is selected, use the digit keys to input the track number, then use the direction
keys to move the highlight to another position to go on to set another track number with digit
keys. After you finished, select ‘START’ to begin the ripping process(Figure 5).
Select ‘EXIT’ to cancel and quit the menu.
