Maintenance procedure for the front control panel is as follows: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                                                                                           

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Check if 

the three data lines DATA, BCK

and STB on the decoding board are working
normally or not. Replace them if they are not.

Replace the VFD display screen. 

Check if there is any voltage output at

the power supply feet. Replace the
16312 if a fault is found.

Replace the buttons. 

 

Test if the three data lines DATA, BCK
and STB are working normally or not and
if the power supply voltage is normal or
not. 

Check if the 16312 VFD supply voltage
of the drive IC on the control panel is
normal or not.
