check all items have been received.

PLEASE NOTE : Assemble the handles in this order:
A. Attach lower handle
(H)
to body.
B. Attach middle handle
(J)
to lower handle
(H)
.
C. Slide cable holder
(N)
over upper handle shaft
(Q)
.
D. Attach upper handle
(Q)
to middle handle
(J)
and use cable clamp
(M)
to secure cable to
handle.
Push lower handle
(H)
into angle adjust block
(O)
then slide it over fixed handle bolt
(U)
protruding from body.

Align the threaded part of the quick clamp
(F)
and tighten in a clockwise direction with the
handles at the desired height. Clamp tightly in place by moving quick clamp
(F)
over-centre.
