Troubleshooting
Phenomena Analysis Solution
Automatic re-connection
fails.
The distance between
the product and the radio
is beyond the effective
communication distance.
Keep the product and the radio within
the effective communication distance.
Noise exists during a call.
When you press the
PTT key,
the LED indicator does not
glow.
The product cannot be
turned on.
The battery power is running
out.
Charge the product.
During charging, the LED
indicator does not glow. The battery power is running
out.
Charge the product for 10 minutes to
20 minutes. After charging, the LED
indicator will glow red.
The press on any one of keys
is invalid.
The product is frozen.
1. Long press the TK , Left , and Right
keys for two seconds to reset and
turn off the product.
2. Turn on the product.
