To end a phone call, tap

Initiating an Emergency Phone Call
If the radio is within the network coverage of the carrier, you can initiate an emergency phone call even
without the SIM card installed. Do either of the following:
On the unlocked main screen, tap

On the locked main screen, tap Emergency, enter the emergency number, and then tap
