INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check you have the following items:
FC20 FC20.WM
FC20 fuel control system FC20.WM fuel control system
2 off top door keys 2 off top door keys
2 off bottom door keys 2 off bottom door keys
2 off override keys 2 off override keys
1 off wall mounting plate
2. Open the front doors using the keys provided.
MOUNTING
3. Bolt the FC20 to a firm level foundation by means of the four
12 mm diameter-mounting holes provided. For the FC20.WM
use the mounting plate provided to mount to a suitable wall.
ELECTRICAL
4. Remove the covers from the 220/240V supply and the pulse
input connection junction boxes. For the FC20.WM the
220/240V terminal block is located behind the override/fuse
panel, which can be removed by removing the four screws in
its face.
5. Connect a constant 220/240V AC 50 Hz supply, fused at 13
amps, to the 220/240V terminal block as shown on the wiring
details diagram.
NB: The FC20 and FC20.WM must have a continual
220/240V AC supply, even when not in use.
